Features of cwith Large Dip Angle

  (6) Can be layout in the angle of 0 ~ 90b. In the vertical conveying, also can rotate around 180b, and reach the feeding and discharging within the scope of 360b.

  (7) Due to the big inclination conveying, when reach the same transport height, the length is shorten, so is the length of propylaea, which reduces the investment in equipment and engineering cost and the area.

  (8) Large dip angle and short length. Compared with ordinary belt conveyor, sidewall belt conveyor with large dip angle can reduce the number of roller, conveyor belt length and material weight, which greatly reduce the resistance of roller and consume power of  conveyor belt and material. Therefore, the machine can reduce energy consumption.

  (9) When the machine in the vertical layout, general is fully enclosed, good sealed, little dust and environmental protection effect is remarkable.

  (10) The lateral stiffness of the conveyor is stronger, the base band both have vertical roll running deviation, and the materials are to be delivered at the center of the conveyor. Therefore, the conveyor belt can run without running deviation.
