1. Maintenance of motor
Concerning the operation process of portable belt conveyor in winter, motor will be the main part we should protect. Although motor damage rate is very low, if motor overloads it will still damage. Conveyor roller is the most used spare parts of portable belt conveyor, so we need to check the wear condition and bearing using condition of roller frequently. Concerning the damaged roller, you should replace timely.
For conveyor belt, please clear up the belt surface and the accumulated impurities timely in order to avoid long time abrasion.
